1. High-Energy Assembly (45–60 minutes)

A powerful school wide assembly that teaches students:

  • How to navigate emotions and internal obstacles

Perfect for ANY time of year  but especially impactful during Back-to-School.

2. Grade-Level Breakout Sessions
